Terms of Service
1. The service
Will Be There provides tools for creating private event pages, inviting guests, collecting RSVPs and managing event information. Features may differ by plan and may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that invited team members use the service lawfully.
3. Host responsibilities
You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to collect, upload and use guest information. You must provide accurate event information and may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory or unsolicited communications.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Will Be There a limited licence to host, reproduce and process it solely to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights to any images, music, marks or other material you upload.
5. Plans and payment
Current prices, guest limits and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Once-off event plans are charged once. The Business plan is available on annual billing only at R599 per month, charged as R7,188 for the full annual term. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures and third-party services may affect access. Any expressly purchased service level will be stated separately.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct or material breach. We will provide notice where practical. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Be There is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid Will Be There during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law and contact
